Whitney J. Guidry, Sr., 88, a native and resident of Valentine, LA, passed away on Monday, January 13, 2025.
Graveside services will be celebrated at 11:00 am on Monday, January 27, 2025 at Holy Savior Cemetery, Lockport, LA.
He is survived by his wife, Virginia Arabie Guidry; sons, Mark Allen Guidry (Allison) and Whitney Guidry, Jr.; daughters, Angela Guidry LeBlanc and Cindy Guidry Gierlinski; brother, Louis John Guidry, Jr.; 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Myra Guidry Champagne (Chaney); parents, Louis Guidry, Sr. and Aline Griffin Guidry; sisters, Edna Foret and Marguerite Breaux and 1 grandchild.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangments.
