Walter P. LeBlanc

Walter LeBlanc, 91, a native and resident of Raceland, passed away on Sunday, April 26, 2026. Visitation will be from 9:00 am until 11:00 am on Saturday, May 2, 2026 at St. Mary Catholic Church, Raceland, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Walter is survived by his daughters, Lisa LeBlanc and Louise Knoblock (Lawrence); grandchildren, Casey Blanchard and Rudy Lirette; great grandchildren, Caden Rodrigue, Hailey Rodrigue, Jase Courteaux Thomas Lirette and Dylan Blanchard; sisters, Genevieve Pitre, Laurella Miller, Normalie Doucet, Mary Ann Champagne (Hubert), Elaine Domangue (Jimmy). He was preceded in death by his wife, Alice Robichaux LeBlanc; son, Robert “Bobby” LeBlanc; parents, Benjamin and Florestine Guidry LeBlanc, brothers, Clyde LeBlanc, Malcolm LeBlanc, Roland LeBlanc, Surgin LeBlanc and Nolan LeBlanc.
