Virginia Arabie Guidry, 88, a native of Mathews, LA and a resident of Lockport, LA, passed away on Monday, June 15, 2026.

Graveside services will be at 10:00 am on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at Holy Savior Cemetery, Lockport, LA.

She is survived by her daughter, Angela Guidry LeBlanc; sons, Mark Allen Guidry and Whitney Joseph Guidry, Jr.; sister, Sandy Schouest; grandchildren, Clay LeBlanc, Ashley Dufrene, Lindsey Gierlinski, Lauren Curley, Chase Guidry, Megan Breaux, Griffin Guidry and 7 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Whitney Guidry, Sr.; daughters, Myra Champagne, Cindy Gierlinski; grandson, Matt LeBlanc; parents, Norris and Elise Arabie; brother, Patrick Arabie and sisters, Ruth Ordoyne and Elise Arabie.
