Victoria Truxillo Mansfield

Victoria T. Mansfield, 101, a native of Raceland, LA and a resident of Henleyfield, MS, passed away on Sunday, August 24, 2025.

Visitation will be from 9:30 am until 11:00 am on Friday, August 29, 2025 at Raceland Presbyterian Church. Religious services will be at 11:00 am with burial to follow in the church cemetery.

She is survived by her children, Peggy Aguilar, John Mansfield (Lynn), Susan Hendrix (Donald) and Alice Mansfield; sister, Frances Martin; brother, Joseph Truxillo, Sr.; 6 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John H. Mansfield; parents, Sidney Truxillo, Sr. and Lucia Robichaux Truxillo; son-in-law, Mike Aguilar; brother, Sidney Truxillo, Sr.; sisters, Mae Clark and Rita Mae Ladd and 1 grandson, Spencer Aguilar, Sr.

Victoria “Vicky” was a founding member of the Raceland Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed sewing, fishing, cooking and going to thrift stores. She was truly a special gift from God. She was always full of so much life and joy to spread to those around her.
