Valerie L. Vizier

Valerie L. Vizier, fondly known as Lollie, 48, a native of Galliano and resident of Cut Off gained her wings on Thursday, April 24th, 2025.

Ms. Valerie is survived by her husband: Chad Shicksnider; children: Aaron Foret (Madison), Megan Rocker (Kaden), Demi Griffin (Donna); fur baby: Winston; grandchildren: Oliver, Leon, Jasper, Everett; sister: Colette Vizier; mother in law: Betty Shicksnider; brother in law; Clint Shicksnider (Jolie), Bryan Shicksnider (Brenda); former mother in law: Rosie Foret; nephews: Dylan (Tressa), Brody (Sarah); and godchildren: Dylan, Crystal, Shane.

Ms. Vizier was preceded in death by her father: Corbert Vizier; mother: Barbara Martin Vizier; former father in law: Joseph Foret, Sr.; and father in law: Curtis Shicksnider.

She enjoyed shopping, Dr. Pepper, and TEMU; most importantly, she loved her family, friends especially her grandchildren.

Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation at St. Joseph Catholic Church on Tuesday, May 6th, 2025 from 9:00 am until service time. A Celebration of Her Life will begin at 11:00 am with procession following to her burial.
