Troy James Rodrigue

Troy James Rodrigue, 59 years old, passed away October 28, 2025.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 3, 2025 at Holy Rosary Church in Larose, La from 9:00AM until service time at 11:00AM.

Troy is survived by his father, Lester Rodrigue Sr.; sister, Donna Clark; brothers, Scott Rodrigue (Joyce), Kurt Rodrigue, and Lester Rodrigue Jr.; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was proceeded in death by his mother, Lois Dotson; stepfather, David Dotson; stepmother, Ethel Rodrigue; sister, Julie Hebert; nephews, Roger Clark Jr. and Scott Rodrigue Jr.; and grandparents, Pearl and WJ Anselmi, and Earline and Ecton Rodrigue Sr.

Troy was a man who found his peace and purpose in the great outdoors. He had a deep love for fishing and hunting — not just for the sport, but for the quiet moments of reflection they brought. His love for the outdoors was only matched by his love for his family. He treasured the time spent with them — teaching, laughing, and simply being together. Though he may have set down his fishing pole and rifle for the last time, his spirit lives on in every memory shared by those who loved him. He was loved by many and will be missed by all.
