Thomas H. "Billy" Parks, 82, a native of Valentine and resident of Lockport passed away on Sunday, February
19, 2017.
Visitation will be held at Holy Savior Catholic Church on Friday, February 24th from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Myrtle Bergeron Parks; daughters, Lynette (Marlon) Punch, Lorraine (Bert) Naquin; sister-in-law, Carol Parks; grandchildren, Dr. Amy (Jay) Naquin-Chappel, Heather (Carl) Meier; great-grandchildren, Elijah Thomas Rubio, Olivia Lynette Rubio, Charlotte Parks Chappel.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ignace and Ida Parks; brother, Robert "Bobby" Parks.
