He is survived by his wife, Kayla Douglas, son, Jesse Douglas; daughter, Jenna Douglas; parents, Thomas Sr. and Evelyn Douglas; brother, Joey Douglas and sister, Vicki Strickland.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Anna Brown.
