Stella Mae Orgeron, a native of Raceland and resident of Larose, passed away on Sunday, December 21, 2014 at the age of 70.
A visitation will be held from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM on Friday, December 26, 2014 at Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland, LA and at St. Mary's Nativity Church on Saturday, December 27 from 9:00 AM until service time. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday at St. Mary's Nativity Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
Stella is survived by her husband, William "Billy" Orgeron Sr.; sons, Henry Orgeron his wife Gay and Billy Orgeron, Jr.; daughter, Rachel Rushing and husband Christopher; 6 grandchildren, Heath and Hailey Orgeron, Jeramie, Zachary, Kaleb and Bethany Rushing.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Stella Bourgeois; brother, Henry Bourgeois, Jr.; sisters, Alice Mae Folse, Ella Mae Cunningham and Judy Bourgeois.
Falgout Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.
