Russell Jay Stanley, 73, a native of Houston, TX and a resident of Lockport, LA, passed away on Thursday, October 30, 2025.

A Memorial Mass will be at 1:00 pm on Monday, November 3, 2025 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Cut Off, LA.

He is survived by his loving wife, Marilyn Doucet Stanley; son, Tyson J. Stanley (Nicole); daughter, Tisa Billiot (Raymond Jr.); grandchildren, Katelyn, Hailey and Drake; brother, Ray Stanley and sisters, Rhonda Kindel, Judy Smith and Patricia Lee.

He was preceded on death by his parents, Carlton and Lois Stanley and brother, Durward Lee “Bubba” Bell.
