Roy Dale Windham

Roy “Skinny Tex” Dale Windham 72, passed away on Friday October 16, 2026. He was a native of Joaquin, TX and resident of Montegut, LA.

Family and friends are invited to attend the graveside service on Friday, October 23, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in Bisland Cemetery in Bourg.

Roy is survived by his wife of 52 years, Debby Marie Foret Windham; son, Jarrett Roy Windham and wife, Amber; daughter, Felicia Windham (Where the hell he learned to fly!); sister, Penny Resinger and husband, Robert; grandchildren, Seth LeBouef and wife, Linzie, Avery LeBouef, Marc, Ava, and Olivia Windham; great-granddaughter, Astrid LeBouef; one granddaughter dog, Blanche; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Roy was preceded in death by his parents, Jarrett Windham, Jr. and Dovie Katherine Hailey Bock; brothers, Bob and Perry Windham; sisters, Joyce Carrol, Katherine Cadar, and Helen Windham.
