Roy J. Savoy, 93, a native of White Castle and a resident of Boutte, passed away on Wednesday, September 12, 2018.
Visitation will be from 9:00 am until 11:00 am on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Luling, LA. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am Tuesday with burial to follow in St. Charles Cemetery, Luling, LA.
He is survived by his daughters, Cynthia Peterson (Robert), Vickey Schmill, Carla Savoy; sister, Mable Clulee; grandchildren, Bradley Jr., Michael, Felicia, Mandy, Mellisa, Brett-Marie, Shawn, Sandy, Brandy, Cody and 17 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife Josie Ceravola Savoy; daughter, Cheryl Cadiere; son-in-law, Russell Schmill; parents, Manny and Odile Savoy; brothers, Earl, Lloyd and Goldman Savoy and sisters, Ruth Abbot and Catherine Timmons.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
