He is survived by his wife, Beverly Benoit; daughters, Stacy Benoit, Karen Benoit Adams and Liz Benoit; sisters, Sylvia Thibodaux and Dorothy Chaisson; 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his sons, Dean Benoit and Troy Trosclair; parents, Evest and Elia Benoit and brothers, Donald, Lawrence and Aubrey Benoit.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
