Robert J. Chiasson Jr., 75, a native and resident of Lockport, died at 9:43 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 13, 2011.
No services are scheduled.
He is survived by his wife, Helen Dufrene Chiasson; three sons, Robert J. "Brud" Chiasson III, Russell J. Chiasson and wife, Debbie, and Ricky J. Chiasson and companion, Charlotte; one daughter, Roxanne C. Cretini and husband, Floyd; one brother, Norman P. Chiasson; seven grandchildren, Mike and wife, Sadie, Lyric and husband, Terry, Casey, Jamie, Rhys, Floyd Jr. and Jonathan; three great-grandchildren, Kagan, Sophia and Tripp; and one step-great-grandchild, Ryan.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Chiasson Sr. and Marie Robichaux Chiasson; one daughter, Rita Chiasson; one brother, Roland Chiasson; and three sisters, Bernice Sanchez, Rita Mae LeBouef and Anna Mae Gautreaux.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
