Richard V. "Chief" "Dickie" Martindale, 76, a native of Tulsa, OK, and a resident of Des Allemands, LA, passed away on Monday, May 15, 2017.
Visitation will be from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm on Saturday, May 20, 2017 at Masonic Lodge 445, 603 Fonda St, Paradis, LA. A Masonic Service will be at 5:00 pm.
He is survived by his partner, Kalita Nelson; sons, Johnny Martindale, Richard Martindale; daughters, Cathy Martindale, Terry White; grandchildren, Dominique Lococo, Michael White, Reed and Kiel Bates, Logan, Maeson, Joshua and Matthew Martindale; brothers, Gary, Robert Martindale; sisters, Darlene Martindale and Evelyn Helfrick.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Hazel Martindale and brothers, James and Harold Martindale.
He was a Master Mason and a native Choctaw Indian.
Falgout Funeral Homes is in charge of arrangements.
