Philip "Joe" Percle Sr.

Philip “Joe” Percle Sr., 87, a native of Raceland, LA and a resident of Chauvin, LA passed away on Thursday, August 20, 2026.

Philip is survived by his loving wife, of 16.5 years, Christine “Chris” Percle; sons, Philip Percle Jr. (Tonya), Kenneth Percle (Donna), Gregory Percle (Tara); daughters, Cynthia P. Martin (Terry), Jennifer Aucoin (AJ); step children, Monique Robert (Shawn), Karen McCoy (Mike), Pete Robichaux (Mary), Tate Robichaux, Clay Robichaux; brother, Albert J. Percle Sr. (Carol); sisters, Joyce Naquin, Annadell Hebert, Marilyn Bourgeois (Bob); 30 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren and 2 on the way.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Bernadette Percle; and sisters, Therease Chauvin and Geraldine Shewmaker.

Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at St Hilary of Poitiers Catholic Church in Raceland, LA starting at 9:00AM with a Mass of Christian Burial beginning at 11:00AM with burial to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
