Philip A. Matherne, 60, a native of Des Allemands and a resident of Marrero, died on Wednesday, Aug. 29, 2012.
There will be no services.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda C. Matherne; sons, Joshua Paul Matherne, and Jacob Michael Matherne; two daughters, Meloney Lalonde and husband Jessy, and Johnetta Ann Matherne; brothers, Leroy, and Leslie Matherne; sisters, Mary Champagne, and Carolyn Ford; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Eloie and Olive Matherne.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
