Percy A. Champagne, 73, a native of Raceland and a resident of Lockport, passed away on Sunday, November 6, 2016.
Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM on Thursday, November 10, 2016 at Holy Savior Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM Thursday with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his daughter, Sheri Ryan (companion Jason); son, Jeffrey Champagne (Fiancee Stacey); grandchildren, Kristen, Jamey, Ozzy, Sarabeth, Austin; great grandchild, Isabella; sisters, Doris Morvant (Merlin), Gloria Blanchard (Radar) and sister-in-law, Joyce Champagne.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Simon and Lovencia Thibodaux Champagne; brother, Jimmy Champagne and sister, Dorothy Bourg.
Percy was a devoted father and grandfather. He was an avid musician who enjoyed playing his drums.
