Peggy Melancon Terrebonne

Peggy Melancon Terrebonne, 85, a resident of Lockport, LA, passed away on Saturday, January 10, 2026.

Visitation will be held at Falgout Funeral Home, in Lockport, on Friday, January 16, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time. Funeral services will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. with burial to follow in Holy Savior Cemetery.

Peggy is survived by her son, Duane (Cindy) Terrebonne; daughter, Christel Terrebonne; grandchildren, Caleb (Reba) Delatte, Erica Terrebonne, Dustin Terrebonne, Justin Martin, and Chelsi Martin; 12 great-grandchildren.

Peggy was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Alvin J. Terrebonne; parents, Arthur and Georgina Allemand Melancon; son, Brian Terrebonne; brother, George “Lulu” Melancon.
