Peggy Dempster Quatrevingt

Peggy Dempster Quatrevingt, 82 a native of Des Allemands, La. and resident of Thibodaux. La. passed away on August 4, 2026 at home with her loving family and hospice near her side.

Peggy is survived by her daughters; Stacey Foret (Troy), Lori Bush (Clyde), Janae Lyles (Brian), son; Mark Quatrevingt, sister; Gayle Simmons (Billy), 15 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren, one on the way, and daughter-in-law; Karla Quatrevingt.

Peggy was preceded in death by her sons; Herbert Quatrevingt, Jr. (Della), and Chad Quatrevingt, parents; Gillis and Willie Granier Dempster, sisters; Betty Ann Dempster and Janet Ann Dempster, and brother; Oliver Andrew Dempster.

Peggy loved doing crossword puzzles, eating out and spending time with family and friends, she loved to spoil her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. We are honoring her wishes by having a private ceremony.
