Peggy Jane Dufrene

Peggy Jane Dufrene, 82, a native and resident of Bayou Gauche, LA, passed away on Wednesday, November 2, 2022.
Visitation will be from 9:00 am until 11:00 am on Monday, November 7, 2022 at Life Fellowship Community Church, Bayou Gauche, LA. Religious services will be at 11:00 am with burial to follow in Sunset Cemetery, Bayou Gauche, LA.
She is survived by her husband, Hector Dufrene, Jr.; sons, Marvin Dufrene, Mark Dufrene (Ludy), Edwin Dufrene, (Julie) and Jody Dufrene (Tina); sister, Dorcas Frickey; grandchildren, Kimberly, Devin, Justin, Erin, Mallory, Cadie, Morgan, Jordan and Brianne and 16 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her daughter-in-law, Sharon Dufrene; parents, Jeffery Dufrene, Sr. and Lena Hogan Dufrene; brother, Jeffery Dufrene, Jr., sister, Janice Walls and niece, Tabitha Frickey.
