Paula Galiano Hebert

Paula Galiano Hebert, 86, a native of Cut Off, LA and a resident of Metairie, LA, passed away on Wednesday, August 28, 2024.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm on Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Cut Off, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:00 pm with burial to follow in the church cemetery.

She is survived by her sons, Bobby Hebert (Joan), Benjy Hebert (Loirette) and Billy Hebert (Renee); grandchildren, Ryan Hebert, Cammy Miller (Nicholas), Micah Hebert, T-Bob Hebert (Caitlin), Brittaney Corso (Colin), Beaux Hebert (Sydney), Kristy Hebert, Jordan Vandevere (Tanner), Erin Brennan (Myles), Katelyn Hebert and Shannon Hebert; great grandchildren, Coral and Franco Corso, Alice, Odette and Bobby Hebert IV, Magnolia and Birdie Miller, Banks and Evans Vandevere; brother-in-law, Claude Defelice, sister-in-law, Betty Boudreaux and brother-in-law, Rodney Gisclair.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Bobby J. Hebert, Sr.; daughter, Jill Hebert; parents, Landry and Odette Richoux Galiano; sisters, Bonnie Defelice and Sheron Allemand; sister in-law Dolly Gisclair; and brother in-law Roland Boudreaux 

Paula touched many lives. She was a retired teacher’s aide for the Lafourche Parish School System. She loved to travel, spend time with her family, and be a part of the church community. However, no matter where or what Paula was doing, you could always find her standing right beside her beloved Bobby.
