Patricia Ann Barthelemy,51, a native of Salyersville, KY and a resident of Galliano, LA, passed away on Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at her residence.
Visitation will be from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM Sunday, August 4, 2013 and from 8:00 AM until funeral time, Monday, August 5, 2013 at Falgout Funeral Home, Galliano, LA. Religious services will be at 10:00 AM Monday at Falgout Funeral Home, Galliano, LA with burial to follow at St. Mary Cemetery, Raceland, LA.
She is survived by her husband, Irvin "Brother," Barthelemy, Jr.;son, Michael Wayne Barthelemy; daughter, Heather Louise Barthelemy; step son, Paul Kiger; mother, Wilma Puckett; brothers Sheridan Dwayne Puckett, Stacy Puckett and grandchildren, Delilah, Zackary, Kody and Mckenzee.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Puckett
