Ouida Falgout Guidroz

Ouida Falgout Guidroz, 98, a native of Gheens, LA and a resident of Raceland, LA, passed away on Friday, May 30, 2025.

Visitation will be from 9:00 am until 11:00 am on Saturday, June 21, 2025 at Raceland Presbyterian Church. Religious services will be at 11:00 am with burial to follow in the church cemetery.

She is survived by her daughters, Mitzi G. Tregre, Connie G. Bascle and Mary G. Breaux; brother, Wilkerson “Mickey” Falgout; sister, Nona F. Matherne; 9 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren on the way and 1 great-great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Charles Guidroz; parents, Dickerson Falgout Sr. and Marie Rodriguez Falgout; son-in-law, Barry Tregre; brother, Dickerson “Dickie” Falgout Jr.; sisters, Pearl Cheramie, Era Jean F. Bourgeois, Ariel “Peggy” F. Matherne and 1 great grandchild.

Ouida was a long time member of the Raceland Presbyterian Church and former member of Gheens Presbyterian Church. She was a retired nurse in labor and delivery at St. Anne Hospital.
