O'Neil J. Pitre, 71, a native and resident of Lockport, passed on Saturday, June 2, 2018.
Visitation will be from 9:00 am until 11:00 am on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at Holy Savior Catholic Church, Lockport, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Doris G. Pitre; son, Ross Pitre (Christine); daughter, Neeley Pitre; grandchildren, Ethan and Elise Pitre, Zachary and Nico Cardinale; brothers, Ted, Chris and Lorry Pitre; sisters, Polly Foret, Dolly and Holly Pitre.
He was preceded in death by his parents, O'neil Pitre Sr. and Beulah Pitre; brother, Perry Pitre and sisters, Yvonne Chiasson and Susan Bassinette.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
