Norma Duet Rhodes

Norma Duet Rhodes, 93, native of Galliano and resident of Raceland, passed away on Tuesday, January 6th, 2026.

Mrs. Norma was preceded in death by her husband, Ervin “Dusty” Rhodes; her step-son, Randle Rhodes; her grandson, Samuel Brinlee; her parents, Howell J. and Elvida Callais Duet; her brother, Junice J. Duet (Lillie); her sister, Thelma Duet Spahr (Bill); her nephew Marty Duet; and great-great-great-grandniece, Elvida Angelette.

Mrs. Norma is survived by nieces, nephews, step-children, and numerous grandchildren.

Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Galliano, on Monday, January 12th, 2025, from 9:00 AM until the service time. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00 AM. A graveside service will follow the Mass at Cheramie Cemetery in Galliano.
