Mona Dufrene Prince, 58, a native of Bayou Gauche and resident of Paradis, died at 11:11 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 8, 2011 in River Ridge.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Paradis, with a memorial service held at 7:30 p.m.
She is survived by her son, John Prince and fiancee, Jenny Nicholas; five siblings, Louis Dufrene, Loretta Breaux, Patty Thibodeaux, Lisa Matherne and Carol Dufrene; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Junior and Lydia Dunn Dufrene; and one sibling, Danny Dufrene.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
