Mary Virginia "Pun" Jenkins, 81, a native if Opelousas and a resident of Larose, passed away on Saturday, March 25, 2017.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Larose, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:00 pm with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Colton Jenkins, Sr.; sons, Russell Jenkins, Colton Jenkins, Jr.; daughters, Diana Jenkins, Emma Boyd, Linda Jenkins, Clara Pierre, Elizabeth Jenkins, Tammy Jenkins; 32 grandchildren and 46 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her sons, Michael, Willie and Gerald Jenkins; daughters, Elaine Jenkins and Joanne Preston; parents, Andrew and Elizabeth Arceneaux; her siblings and 1 great grandchild.
Falgout Funeral Homes in charge of arrangements.
