She is survived by her companion, Timothy Sampey; sons, Perry Terrebonne Jr. (Kristen), Brad Terrebonne and Jacob Terrebonne; grandchildren, David and Rosemary Legendre, Maddison Bergeron, Alayijha and Brooklynn Matherne and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Macey Matherne; son Christopher Terrebonne; parents, Rosemary and Phillip Breaux; brothers, David Breaux, Phillip Breaux, Henry Breaux, Sr. and sister, Annamae Hebert.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
