Marie Arabie Rodriguez, 97, a native of Mathews and a resident of Raceland, passed away on Friday, March 24, 2017.
Visitation will be from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at Falgout Funeral Home, Raceland, LA and from 8:00 am until 11:00 am on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at St. Mary Catholic Church, Raceland. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am Wednesday with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her daughters, Frances Adams (Leroy), Arlene Rodriguez; son, Cole Rodriguez; grandchildren, Jamie Adams, Alaina Guidroz, Holli Dupuy and Eddie Rodrigue, IIl; 9 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Malcolm Rodriguez; son, Kirby Rodriguez; parents, Paul Sr. and Anita Arabie; brothers, Horace, Wilton, Paul Jr., Nilton, Alex, Earl, Benjamin Arabie; sisters, Ethel Matherne, Mildred Ledet and grandchildren, Connie Foret and Jay Guidroz.
She was a member of the Catholic Daughters and numerous other clubs.
