Marie L Pitre

Marie Lefort Pitre, 91, of Cut Off, LA passed away Saturday April 18, 2026.

Marie is survived by her son, Michael and wife Zena Allemand Pitre, and daughter, Susan P. Edwards.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, James “Jim” Pitre; daughter, Patricia “Pat” Pitre; grandson, Jory Michael Pitre; Parents Edgar and Agnes Guidry Lefort; half-brother Ernest Galliano; half-sisters, Josephine G. Cheramie (Evylian), Judith L. Pitre (Mark), Marceline L Guidry (Gibson), Felecine Marie Lefort; her fur baby Zen the cat.

She was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and was a member of the Cut Off VFC Club.
