Marc “Sparky” Allen Milnes, age 58, passed away on Saturday, November 19, 2022 at 1:40 a.m. He was a native of Creek Road, Chocowinity, NC and resident of Des Allemands, LA.
Sparky is survived by his companion, Jan Dufrene Champagne; mother, Johanna Domin Milnes; and sister, Donna Milnes Wilkinson.
Sparky was preceded in death by his father, Karl W. Milnes; brother, Karl W. Milnes II.
