Mae Ella Doucet Falgout, 73, a native of Cut Off and resident of Galliano passed away on Sunday, September 8th, 2024.

Mrs. Mae Ella is survived by her children: Charles “Chuck” Falgout, Jr.; Shantyle Bousegard (Casey), and Rhonda Falgout (Terry Bourg); grandchildren: Dylan, Amber, Sarah, Lori, Casey Jr., Devin, Charlie Mae, Braylan, Dria; great grandchildren: Logan, Aria, Adeline, Charlotte, and Hudson; brother: Harris ‘Kip” Doucet, Jr. and sister: Liz Adams; godchildren: Johnny Doucet, Cain Doucet, and Dana Guillot.

Mrs. Falgout was preceded in death by her husband: Charles “Charlie” James Falgout, Sr.; son: Chad Falgout; parents: Harris J. Doucet, Sr. and Janet Duet.

Family and friends are invited to attend visitations at Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano on Wednesday, September, 18th, 2024 from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm and on Thursday, September 19th, 2024 from 8:00 am until service time. A Celebration of Her Life will be held in the funeral parlor at 11:00 am with procession following to her burial in Cheramie Cemetery.
