Louis Champagne, 88, a resident of Luling, LA passed away on Tuesday, February 21, 2017.
Visitation will be from 9:00 am until 11:00 am on Thursday, February 23, 2017 at St. Anthony Catholic, Luling, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am Thursday with burial to follow in St. Charles Cemetery, Luling, LA.
He is survived by his children, Sheila Trauth, Niles Champagne (Roxanne), Todd Champagne (Rachel), Lori Schaubhut (Keith), Jessie Fahrig; step children, Pat, George and Jody Zanca, Corane McCraney, Sandra Benoit; brother, Herbert Champagne, Edward Champagne; sisters, Earline Champagne, Doris Bolding; 13 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Anna Mae Champagne; second wife, Gloria Champagne; brothers, Oscar, Andrew and Willie Champagne; sisters, Lucille Gaubert, Marie Gaubert.
