Loria Ann Israelson

Loria Ann Israelson, 80, native of Houma, Louisiana and resident of Golden Meadow, Louisiana passed away on Monday, August 24, 2026.

Loria is survived by her husband, together 24 beautiful years, James Israelson; brother, Curtis Compeaux (Jonel); sister, Nora Davenport (John); and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Howell and Delta Compeaux.

Loria was a truly heartwarming woman with a beautiful soul who touched the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know her. She found happiness in painting, drawing, cooking for those she loved, fishing, and traveling. Her gentle spirit and loving heart will be deeply missed and forever cherished by all who knew and loved her.

In keeping with her wishes, cremation will take place with a private burial at a later time. Her loved ones invite all who knew her to cherish the memories they shared and carry her beautiful spirit in their hearts.
