Logun C. Bates, 27, a resident of Luling, LA, passed away on Friday, May 30, 2025.
A Celebration of Life will be from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Friday, June 13, 2025 at Des Allemands Fire Department.
He is survived by his wife, Amber Bates; son, Bryer Charles Bates; step parents, Teddy and Jan Meyers; mother-in-law, Bonnie Cologne; brothers, Brady Anderson, Beau Bates; sisters, Lilly Bates, Tarah Thevenot (Caleb), Samantha Schuler; sister-in-law, Brittny Vedros; nieces, Sophia Thevenot; Sadie Vedros, Sophia Vedros; nephews, Jackson Thevenot, Johnny Ford, Bo Ford, Tyler Fisher, Karter Guidroz and his dog, Bella Mae.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Tonya Louise Lively; step sister, Lisa Pfaff and grandparents, Roger and Mary Ann Landeche and Thomas Bates.
Logun was an avid shoe collector. To know Logun was to love him. He never met a stranger and had a true heart of gold.
