Liz Duet

Liz Duet, 37, a native and resident of Golden Meadow passed away on Saturday, July 11th, 2026.

Liz is survived by her husband: Curtis Morgan; daughter: Abigail Rose Morgan; father: Ronnie Duet (Dana); mother: Crystle Rogers (Mike); siblings: Jessie Duet Allen, Joshua Terrebonne, Tron Duet, Shay Duet, Brice Duet, Kyle Duet, Austin Duet, Tera Rogers, Sara Guidry, and Amanda Guidry; nephews and nieces: Jeremiah, Jhyron, Javyn Allen, Hadleigh, Myiah, Emery, and Karter Duet, Ryan Jr., Alyssa, and Rustin Guidry; Kale and Rylun Guidry, and Hayes Callais; mother and father in law: Paula and VJ Morgan; and her fur babies: Mattie, Cash, and Belle.

Liz enjoyed cooking, being a homemaker, and spending time with her family and friends; most of all she loved being a mother to her daughter Abigail who was the light of her life. She will be missed dearly by everyone that knew her.

Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation at Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano on Friday, July 17th, 2026 from 9:00 am until 10:30 with procession following to Our Lady of Prompt Succor. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am at Our Lady of Prompt Succor in Golden Meadow with burial following in the Church Cemetery.
