Lisa Theriot Bouzigard, 58, a native of Lockport and a resident of Montz, passed away on Thursday, September 7, 2017.
Visitation will be from 9:00 am until 11:00 am on Monday, September 11, 2017 at Falgout Funeral Home, Lockport, LA. Religious Services will be at 11:00 am Monday with burial to follow in Cheramie Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Timothy David Bouzigard Sr.; son, Timothy Bouzigard Jr. (Stephanie); daughter, Cherakee Epperly (Thomas); grandchildren, Trinity Jr., Breanna, Layken, Bailey, Julie, Jace, Lizzie, Trey; great grandson, Logan; father and step mother, Raleigh Theriot Sr. and Winnie Theriot; siblings, Dwayne Theriot, Rickey Theriot, Cheryl Bosch, Kevin Matherne, Blakeland Matherne, Jeremy Matherne and Melinda Boudreaux.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Emilie Griffin; brother, Raleigh Theriot Jr. and sister, Tonya Theriot.
Falgout Funeral Homes is in charge of arrangements.
