Linsey J. Williams

Linsey J. Williams, 96, a native and lifelong resident of Golden Meadow, Louisiana, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.

Linsey will be lovingly remembered by his children, Stuart Williams (Loretto), Kevin Williams, Chetley Williams, Ed Williams (Toni), and Tanya Lasseigne (Johnny); grandchildren, Mathew, Cody, Brad, Garret, and Brian Williams, Lindsay Falgout, Drue Beloso, Justin, Joby, and Maddie Lasseigne; numerous great-grandchildren; and step grandchildren, Craig Leblanc and Tissie Blanchard.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Ethel Sandras Williams; grandchildren, Chelsey and Bethany; parents, Walter and Genesta Williams; brother, Herman; and sisters, Earline and Priscilla.

Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at Our Lady of Prompt Succor in Golden Meadow, Louisiana beginning at 9:00 a.m. Military honors will be rendered at 10:30 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00AM with burial to follow in the church cemetery.

Linsey will be deeply missed by his family and all who had the privilege of knowing and loving him.
