Linda Orgeron Dempster, 73, a native and resident of Gheens, LA, passed away on Wednesday, February 11, 2026.
A graveside service will be held at a later date.
She is survived by her husband, Darryl Dempster; daughter, Jade Eschete (Shane); grandchildren, Noah and Tate Eschete; brother, Dickie Orgeron Sr. (Mary) and sisters, Beverly Dufrene and Carolyn Orgeron.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harris and Nazy Orgeron; brothers, Milner “White” Orgeron, Roland Orgeron Sr., Jerry Orgeron (Beverly), Willis Orgeron; and brother-in-law, Wilfred Dufrene.
Linda enjoyed spending time at the camp, sewing, cooking, and baking. She loved spending time with her friends and family, especially her 2 grandkids. She was greatly loved and will be missed by all.
