Leroy J. Tastet Jr

Leroy J. Tastet, Jr., 67, native of Cut Off and resident of Lockport, passed away on Saturday, October 10, 2026.

Leroy is survived by his children, Joey (Michelle) Tastet and Adam Tastet; his step-children, Louis Domangue and Jessica Domangue; his grandchildren, Andrew, Madalyne, Brooklyne, Addalynn, Milah, Jackson, Payton, Brynen, Bryana, and Shawn, Jr.; his great-grandchild, Jayla; his mother, Maejule Danos Ingram; his brothers, Thomas (Kris) Ingram and John (Lacie) Ingram; his sisters, Rebecca (Mark) Brunet, Tammy (Wendell) Foret, Cheryl (Carl) Chiasson, and Julie (Shane) Theriot; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his Godfather, Belton Danos; and his grandparents, Adam and Eleonor Danos.

Leroy found his greatest joy in spending time with his family, creating loving memories that will forever be cherished.

A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
