Lee Joseph Prestenback, Sr.

Lee Joseph Prestenback, Sr., 76, a native of Edgard, LA, and a resident of Raceland, LA passed away on Monday, June 15, 2026.

Visitation will be from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 and from 8:00 am until 10:30 am on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at Falgout Funeral Home, Raceland, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am Wednesday at St. Hilary Catholic Church, Raceland, LA with burial to follow in the church cemetery.

He is survived by his sons, Lee Prestenback, Jr., James Prestenback (Angela), Chad Prestenback (Tracie), Chris Prestenback (Christie); daughter, Paula Prestenback; grandchildren, Autumn, Alexis, Brooke, Seth, Casey, Caleb, Hailey, Brittney, Jordan, Caleb, Jaiden, Shelby and 14 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Charlene Smith Prestenback; parents, William and Vivian Prestenback; grandson, Colby; brothers, Paul Prestenback, Arthur Prestenback and sister, Jackie Bergeron.

Lee was a member of the Raceland American Legion.
