Joyce Rodrigue Vaughan

Joyce Adams Rodrigue Vaughan, 85, a native of Lockport and resident of Raceland passed away on Friday, August 11, 2023.

Visitation will be held at Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland on Wednesday, August 16th from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. with burial to follow in the Barrios Cemetery.

She is survived by her son, Calvin Rodrigue; daughters, Ida Brown, and Melissa Breaux; step-daughter, Billie Jo Niewiemski; brothers, Junior Adams, and Michael Adams; sister, Mary Plaisance; 13 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, 1st Huey Rodrigue, 2nd Harvey Vaughan; son, Douglas Allen; granddaughter, Kira Brown; great-grandson, Logan Howes; brothers, Whitney Adams, Irvin Adams, Sr., Herbert Adams, Gerald Adams, Harry Adams, Carlton Adams, Charles Adams, and James Adams; sisters, Clarabelle Babin, Mildred Guidroz, Marie Walker, Geraldine Addison, Cynthia Babin, Shirley Adams, and Ann Adams.
