Joseph Paul McBlair, 89, a native of Enid, OK and a resident of Des Allemands, LA, passed away on Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at 2:23 PM in Luling, LA.
Graveside services at 1:00 PM Monday, December 23, 2013 at Des Allemands Mennonite Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife Vonnie Dufrene McBlair; son Clinton McBlair; daughter Pauletta Beaver; brothers, Ernest McBlair, Jr., William McBlair; 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
He was preceded on death by his first wife, Isabel McBlair; parents Ernest and Ruth Sterling McBlair and brother, Virgil McBlair.
