Joetta is survived by her son, Drake Dufrene; daughter, Christie Dufrene; grandchildren, Draven Dufrene, Shea Toups and Tre Toups; sisters, Elaine Robichaux Comeaux, Marlene Robichaux Vial (Dale P. Vial), sister-in-law, Sharon Robichaux, mother-in-law, Ruby Dufrene and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Dufrene; grandson, Remy Dufrene; parents, Lema and Della Robichaux; brother, Glenn Robichaux and father-in-law, Samuel Dufrene.
