Joan Crosby Santiny

Joan C. Santiny, 88, a native and resident of Grand Isle, passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2026.

Joan is survived by her children, Alma Lee, Lance Santiny and Bambi LeBlanc; grandchildren, Brook Crosby, Kristy Thibodaux, Roddy Collins Jr., Robbie Hebert, Shayna Santiny, Dominick Santiny, Layna Santiny, Dylan LeBlanc, Kylie LeBlanc, Gabriel LeBlanc; 11 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild and brother, Charles Crosby.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Santiny; children, Robbin Crosby and Shayne Santiny; parents, Mitchell and Amy Terrebonne Crosby and numerous brothers and sisters.

Joan loved swinging on her porch, playing Bingo and was also a member of the Ladies Auxiliary.
