Jerry Darcey

Jerry Xavier Darcey, 72, a native and resident of Houma, died at 5:23 a.m. Monday, April 1, 2013.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time today at Falgout Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 12:30 p.m. today at the funeral home, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery in Gray.
He is survived by his son, Jerry W. and wife, Regina Darcey; daughter, Cynthia Annette Davis; sister, Cheryl Falcon and husband, Kerby; nine grandchildren, Valerie Verdin, Victoria Bonvillain, Derek Darcey, Kodie and Kameron Stowers, Charlene, Elizabeth, Lena and Lee Davis; and seven great-grandchildren, Gracie and Makayla Verdin, Ethan, Skyler and Branson Bonvillain and Courtney and Isaiah Luke Darcey.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Janet Annette Ware Darcey; and parents, Floyd Xavier and Hazel Boudreaux Darcey.
