Janice LeNormand Landry, age 86, a native of Algiers and resident of Lockport passed away on Saturday, June 1, 2024. Born, June 13, 1937 to the late Sheldon J. LeNormand, Sr. and Marguerite Thorning LeNormand.

Visitation will be held at Falgout Funeral Home, Lockport, LA, on Saturday, June 8th from 9 am until 11 am. Religious services will be held at 11 am with burial to follow in Holy Savior Cemetery.

She is survived by her sons, Glenn M. Landry of Raceland, and Scott T. Landry (Kim) of Lockport; granddaughter, Blair L. Tregre (Justin) of Raceland; grandson, Mathew S. Landry of Houston; sister, Marilyn L. Haverty of Bay St. Louis, MS and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Floyd J. Landry; son, Steven F. Landry; brother, Sheldon J. LeNormand, Jr.; nephews, Mark Haverty and John LeNormand.

Special thanks to Dr. Jamie Huddleston and Journey Hospice for their kind and compassionate care.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer’s Association or St. Jude Hospital appreciated.
