James "Jimmy" Joseph Dorsey Sr., 75, a native and resident of Lockport , died Monday, Nov. 28, 2011.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Thursday at Holy Savior Catholic Church in Lockport. Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the church, with interment to follow in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his sons, James "Buddy" Dorsey Jr., Roddy Dorsey and wife, Connie, and Darrell Dorsey and fiancee, Kerry; sister, Pamela Cancienne; and seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Stella Marie Thibodaux Dorsey; his parents, Henry Golden Dorsey Sr. and Anna Perrilloux Dorsey; brother, Henry "T-boy" G. Dorsey Jr.; and sister, Helen D. Saia.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
