Iva Rita Guillot

Iva Rita Guillot, 81, native of Thibodaux, LA and resident of Raceland, LA, passed away Saturday. October 17, 2026.

She is survived by her loving husband of 24 years, Glenn Guillot; son, Shannon Lecompte ( Sheila ); daughter, Bonnie Lecompte Alario; grandkids, Jessica Lapeyrouse (Kade), Jenna Alario, Reagan Guillot, Marissa Guillot, Brittany Bryant Daigle (Ben); great grand kids, Remy Lapeyrouse, Cheza Lynn Lapeyrouse, Logan Daigle; step-son, Jeremy Guillot ( Amber); step-daughter, Jennifer Guillot Kenney ( Robert), sister, Audrey Legarde Boudreaux.

Mrs. Iva is preceded in death by her parents, Raul & Virgie Legarde, her first husband Noris “Pappy” Lecompte; brothers, Bruce Legarde, Aubrey Legarde; sister, Iris Legarde Boudreaux; step-son, Glenn Guillot Jr.

Iva enjoyed spending time dancing to good music with her family and friends. She also enjoyed spending her time out in the sun with a fishing pole in her hand by the water.

Per her wishes there will be no services held.
